A note on tracking: Bluetooth trackers only find things when a phone running our app is nearby. We do not operate a global finding network and will not claim one. GPS trackers report their own position and do not depend on anyone else.

The things people ask first
- Does the finder need to install anything?
- No. Scanning opens a web page. No app, no account, nothing to agree to.
- Is my phone number on the tag?
- No. The tag holds one secure link and nothing else. You decide what a scan reveals.
- What if the sticker is damaged?
- You can replace a tag and keep the same identity, history and settings.
- Does it work if I stop paying?
- Scanning keeps working. A tag on a collar should not stop because a card expired.
