A free OneID account is real and always will be. Paid plans are not finalised, so this page sets out what each tier is for rather than what it costs.

We would rather show nothing than a number that changes. Paid plans are still being decided, and when they are announced this page will say exactly what each one includes and what it costs before anybody is asked to pay.
Nothing is being charged today, and no payment details are held anywhere in the platform.
The free tier
Free is not a trial
A free account is not time-limited and does not expire into a paywall. The reason is practical rather than generous: a tag only works if the page behind it keeps working, and a pet tag that stops resolving because a subscription lapsed is worse than no tag at all.
Paid tiers will raise allowances and add capability. They will not switch off something a stranger needs in order to return your dog.
