One identity platform for everything the business owns
Vehicles, equipment, products you have sold, and the people who represent you — the same records, the same permissions, and one place to run them from.
Capabilities
What the platform does for an organization
Items marked in development are not available yet. They are listed because they are built on the same records, not as a promise of a date.
Organizations and members
A company is a tenant with its own members, roles and data. People are invited, roles decide what each can do, and nothing crosses between one organization and another.
Team cards
Digital cards for everybody, issued and revoked centrally. Somebody leaves, their card stops working, and nobody has to collect anything back.

Asset and equipment tags
Tag the equipment that leaves the building. Whoever finds it knows who it belongs to and how to return it, and you have a record of where it has been seen.

Fleet
Vehicles as identities, with drivers, inspections, defects, odometer history and compliance dates. A vehicle off the road is a status somebody set, with a reason attached.

Product passports
A manufacturer issues a record against the product itself — warranty, service history, ownership. It travels with the object through every owner it has.
Customer contact routing
A tag on something you sold reaches you rather than an individual employee, so support requests do not depend on who happens to still work there.
How your data is held
Your organization is separated at the database, not by a filter
Every record belonging to an organization carries that organization, and queries are scoped to it structurally rather than by remembering to add a condition. A request with no organization resolved returns nothing — it does not fall back to returning everything.
Our own support staff are a separate case again. Reaching your data needs a platform permission granted to a named person, contact details are masked in every list regardless of who is looking, and anything genuinely sensitive needs a further permission on its own. Every use of one is recorded against the person who used it.
Tracking
Where tracking fits
Tags identify. They tell you something when a person scans them. Continuous position needs tracking hardware fitted to the thing, which is a separate product and still in development — so a fleet record today is the vehicle, its drivers, its inspections and its compliance, not a live map.
No certifications are claimed
We hold no compliance certifications and make no uptime or availability guarantee. If a procurement process needs either, tell us what it needs and we will answer honestly about where we are.
Tell us what you need to keep track of
OneID is in development and we are working with early customers on real deployments. If your problem is one of the above, we would like to hear the specifics.
